My first experience of Bill was when he replied to my email request for a quote. Bill’s email came late in the evening and when I replied I was sure to mention that I appreciated how quickly he answered my question and that I hoped we’d be able to set up an appointment the next business day. As a partner in a family business myself I recognize that work goes on far past business hours and I wanted to show respect that I recognized and could empathize with finding a work/home balance. When Bill arrived to measure my windows, I couldn’t help but smile; he was as down-to-earth and amiable as he sounded on the phone and via email. Throughout the process of suite renovations I have been in touch with several different businesses. Despite a busy season, Bill and Island Breeze treated me with respect and were honest with manufacturing and installation timelines. The screens are of exceptional quality and were installed quickly and with respect to my home. Supporting local has never felt this good!
